How does a virtual healing session work?

During virtual healing sessions, I use a teddy bear as a gentle stand-in for you or your animal companion. By placing my hands on the bear in specific positions, I’m able to focus and guide healing energy with the same care and intention as I would in person.

Because we are all made of energy, the healing connection doesn’t depend on being in the same physical space. The bear simply serves as a loving guide, helping me remain fully connected to your (or your animal’s) energy throughout the session.

How fast can I get results from my healing session?

Healing can happen instantly or gradually over the days that follow.

Sessions are held on Zoom

How long is a typical healing session?

30–60 minutes

Will I feel anything during my healing session?

You may feel a lightness in your body.
You may feel a tingling or extra energy when we are finished.
You may feel some great high vibing energy, some heat, or very relaxed.
You may not feel any changes until we are done or for a few days afterwards.

What are Virtual Sessions Requirements?

You will need a computer with internet and a camera or a cell phone with a data plan and a camera.
Set up a free zoom account.

Do I need to do anything to prepare?

These are optional things you can do ahead of time if you want to.

You may want Kleenex or similar tissues.
You may want to have water nearby.
You may want a journal or notepad and pen for reflection afterwards.

What if I get emotional?

Let it out! I have cried and laughed while receiving Reiki myself.

Do you use music during sessions?

Yes, I play relaxing instrumental music.

For virtual sessions: Do I need to lay down or can I sit up?

During the discussion step I’d prefer you sit up so we can talk.

For the healing itself, you can choose to be sitting or lying down nearby

Can I talk during the session? YES

We can talk during the whole session or not at all. I tend to breathe loudly and I will give you any information I pick up during the treatment.

Is the session recorded? NO

Do I need more than1 healing session?

This depends on you. If you need additional healing, or want to focus on a new area, you are welcome to book another session.

What is your cancellation policy?

To receive a full refund, you must cancel 72 hours before your appointment.

If it's 24 hours before your appointment, you can contact me directly about rescheduling to another day, within 7 days of the original appointment.
